Donor accounts may include a mobile number, password hash, name, Bikram Sambat date of birth, calculated age, blood group, gender, address, province, district, local level and availability preference. Contact forms may include a name, email, phone number, subject and message.
The website may also process technical information required for security, login sessions, rate limiting and basic website operation.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and secure donor accounts.
- To display matching active donor profiles to people searching in the same local level.
- To send OTP messages, process password resets and prevent abuse.

3. Public Donor Information
When a donor profile is active and matches a search, the platform may show the donor’s name, phone number, blood group, gender, local-level address and availability. Donors must consent before publishing these details.
4. Service Providers
Hosting, email and SMS providers may process information needed to operate the service. OTP providers receive the mobile number and message required to deliver a verification code.
5. Retention and Deletion
Donors can edit or delete public donor details from their account. Account or contact records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute handling or administration.
6. Security
The theme uses password hashing, nonces, validation and request limits. Administrators should also use HTTPS, updates, backups and appropriate security controls.
7. Your Choices
You may update or delete donor information through your account, withdraw a public donor profile, or submit a data request.
