1. Platform Purpose
Hamro Rakta Sanjal is a connection platform. It is not a hospital, blood bank, ambulance service, diagnostic service or emergency-response authority. It does not sell blood or guarantee donor availability, eligibility or compatibility.
2. Donor Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use a mobile number they are authorised to use. Donors are responsible for updating or deleting information that is no longer correct.
3. Finder Responsibilities
Finders must confirm donor availability respectfully and complete screening, compatibility testing and donation through authorised medical facilities.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Selling, buying or demanding payment for blood.
- Submitting false donor details or impersonating another person.
- Scraping, mass-marketing, harassment, spam, fraud or unlawful activity.
- Attempting to bypass security, OTP, rate limits or account controls.
5. Supporters and External Links
Supporter information and external links may be supplied by third parties. Users should independently verify external organisations and websites.
6. Availability and Liability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, successful contact, medical outcomes or the accuracy of every user-submitted record.
7. Suspension and Removal
Accounts, profiles, posts or supporter records may be restricted or removed when inaccurate, abusive, unsafe or unlawful.
